Finex spice grinding plants is for grinding screening mixing spices such as turmeric, chilly ,corriander, and other spices ,capacities offered are from 100kgs/hr to 500kgs/hr in single stage to three stage grinding plants in moc of ss304 and mildsteel construction.

Material is fed in to a Screw Feeder with flat paddles which rotates at a speed from 600 to 1200rpm.. The powder is thrown outwards by Centrifugal motion to a Stationary Screen Basket .Often on the Rotating flat paddles brushes or flat wipers of pvc or Teflon are fitted this scrapes along the screen area keeping the screen clean from blinding .
GMP Sifters have screening Baskets of various sizes from 400mm to 1200mm long  .
Applications are for screening  powders from 60 mesh to 300mesh.
Can handle from 100kgs to 1000kgs/hr .

Ribbon blenders are for intimate mixing powders and liquids from volumes of 1000liters to 10,000liters . Spiral ribbons are fitted on the rotating shaft which mix the material in the mixing chamber horizontally and vertically , the gap between ribbon mixer and body is less than 5mm . Optional spray attachments are offered dozzing pump for spraying liquids while mixing takes place . Moc is mild steel or stainles steel as required.

These are screenless pulverizers plants from 12inches dia to 49 inches dia . One of the largest fine grinding plants manufactured in the world. Integrated grinding pulverizer with built in blower cyclone and open or close pgdc dust collector. This is a screenless pulverizer for fine grinding of chemicals, the grinding chamber consists of top an bottom serrated liners. In the center is rotor with swinging hammers with two bearing housings on both sides with sealing arrangements . The grinding chamber is connected to a built in blower by a cone design . On the rotor shaft between the cone is a whizzer two or four arm classifier that permits gap adjustment from 1mm to 20 mm between rotating arms and stationary cone only the grinded powder gets sucked in to the built in blower on the same shaft which positively pneumatically transfers the grinded powder through a pipeline to a cyclone and pjdc dust collector with an external exhaust centrifugal blower that helps in conveying the powder and also in discharging clean air to atmosphere .
