We have well developed manufacturing facilities, which is spreading over an area of 25,000 sq. ft. It comprises of latest range of production machines enabling us to make garments in both standard and customized finishes.

Throughout the entire production process, right from the procurement of raw cotton yarns and viscose till to the dyeing of the fabrics, we conduct rigorous quality checking process to ensure the flawless quality of the finished garments.

We perform quality checking tests at regular intervals, at each stage of production process and prior to the dispatch of consignment. Some of the parameters on which the quality checks are conducted are:

Further, the use of ISO and CE marking based raw materials in our processes also ensure the finer finish of the end products.

We have with us qualified and skilled team of designers, textile engineers, tailors and other skilled/semi-skilled workers. They are well versed with various intricacies involved. Furthermore, they remain abreast with the changing trends in the market enabling us to offer bring out exclusive designs and finishes in our apparels.

Warehousing & Packaging & Timely Delivery

We have a spacious warehouse, which allows us to store 500 units of garments at a time. Furthermore, our packaging facilities includes bulk packaging, individual packaging and machine packing coming with packing manual. For packaging the end products, we use superior quality materials such as paper cardboards, wooden boxes, corrugated box etc, which protect them during the transit stage.

Furthermore, we also lay emphasis to the timely delivery of the dispatched products. To make the entire delivery system smoother and faster, we have formed association with varied reputed C&F agents, which allow us to make prompt distribution of the products.
