Our quality control and testing procedure includes the following stages.

At raw material stage:

• Main Procedure & Test Certificate
• Raw Material like Pipes, Sheets, Forgings are procured from stockiest of main producer and relative test certificate of original producer accompany the supply
• Cross check of Raw Material Testing in Government Approved Laboratory
• Chips are drawn from raw material at 10% random method for testing of Physical & Chemical properties
• Reconciling Original T.C with the laboratory T.C.
• Batch No. & Lot No. is mentioned for identification during production process

Control During Production Process:

During the process of manufacture all the units are dimensionally measured by mitutoyo for precision and threaded fittings by GO & NO-GO gauge.

Control At Final Stage:

• At the final stage also, at 10% random method, we again make actual testing for physical and chemical properties
• The Qualified engineer along with Heat No. and Lot No. again dimensionally and visually checks all the units
• After final inspection, we issue Manufacturing Test Certificate and Guarantee Certificate

We have a capacious warehouse which sprawls across a wide area and is equipped with all the essential facilities. This helps us to store bulk consignments of our range safely till the time of delivery. Our warehouse is well segregated into various sections, which allow us to store our range in a proper manner and quick identification of the products. Our warehouse is well-furnished that offer a favorable environment to the stainless steel products. Further, our warehousing of the products is looked after by our storekeepers who keeps a record of products stored and deliver.
