First Esco (India) Pvt Ltd is a technology company born as an ESCO. It is founded by TECHNOCRATS from ENERGY INDUSTRY with decades of experience and expertise in ENERGY CONSERVATION and PROJECTS. First Esco has been accredited by Bureau of Energy Efficiency as an ESCO. Company has very strong technical team headed by C.E.O Mr. Vijaya Kumar .Kunche who is M.Tech (IIT) Madras and holds Ph.D in Energy Economics.

WHAT WE DO :

We offer projects from Concept to commissioning. We start with Preliminary walk through energy study, followed by detailed energy audit of the facility for the identified Energy saving projects. We prepare investment grade detailed project reports for Energy efficiency projects and offer the projects on ESCO basis ( through Shared Energy savings Performance contracts). All our projects are on ESCO basis. No need for the customer to make initial investments. We do the investments and recover the payments from the Actual savings accrued to the customer through an ESCROW account.
