The teaching tool helps in detecting discolorations and foreign bodies of different color from bulk material like PVC, PP, PE etc. Furthermore, alarm limits is also defined using this system and in case the limit exceeds, a potential-free contact is activated. In the laboratories, the powder is submitted as a sample and can be withdrawn from the production line by creating a bypass. The main advantage of using bypass system is that it provides performs direct inspection of the material and ensures faster response in order to prevent offspec production. PS25C up to 40 kg/h
The PS25C inspection system is widely used to analyze transparent and opaque pellets. These pellets are inspected with the help of a high-resolution 3-chip CCD color camera to detect impurities, foreign bodies and color deviations. The material to be tested is fed into the appliance through a hopper and is automated by means of an extension module like a multi-hopper system or an online hopper. An accurate color measurement is done in a special measurement chamber and is carried out by colur spectrometry CM2 (option). Further, the pellets are conveyed separately over the inspection zone by a vibrating channel. Once the optical evaluation is done, the pellets are separated into another container. PS200C up to 250kg/h
The PS200C inspection system offered by us is used to analyze transparent and opaque pellets. A high resolution 3-chip CCD color camera is employed to inspect these pellets for impurities, foreign bodies and color deviations. Firstly, the testing material is fed into the appliance through a hopper which can be automated by means of an online hopper. After the feeding of the pellets is completed, they are conveyed separately over the inspection zone. Further, the pellets are separated into a different container after the optical evaluation. | | | | | | | |

Designed by reputed manufacturers, the Sample Testing System ST4 is used as a bench for laboratory and R&D use, delivering precise inspection of transparent such as PE, PP, PS, PC, films, sheets or plates as well as foe non-transparent surfaces such as steel, paper and textiles. The system has high resolution power to examine the material for irregularities, contamination, gels, fish eyes, scratches and holes. Depending upon the nature of material used, the lighting techniques are applied accordingly. Two different modes namely transmission mode for transparent material and reflection mode for non-transparent material is applied. In case of scanning process, the material to be tested is fixed on a frame. The frame moves it automatically with high precision between the lighting unit and the line camera for transparent material and in front of the lighting unit and the camera in case of non-transparent material. Software The system software used has features like user friendly, menu driven and usage of latest Windows version as operating system like XP Professional. Scanned sample is precisely analyzed, after classifying detected defects in different sizes and shapes. Further, all the counted defects are statistically evaluated as per defined area (m², ft² etc.). The software, we incorporate has a teaching function which allows the system to store the defined defect types. Moreover, different tables and images can also be reported and printed by the system further transferred via Ethernet or Modbus.

| Cast Film The Measuring Extruder of the type ME provided by us is used for the production of narrow films for laboratory and small-batch production. Flexibility and modular concept ensures the optimum simulation of the production process as well as contribute to quality assurance. The components are integrated in a sturdy steel frame which is height adjustable. A swivel-type control panel is used to arrange the control elements at the operator's level in accordance with the extrusion parameters. In situation where there is no permanent staff, the optimal remote control unit provides the best solution for monitoring and controlling the it from a distance. Further, for later analysis a protocol file is used to store all the parameters. The extruder when connected to a chill roll and winding system CR 7, CR 8 or CR 9 helps in creating a self-contained basis for connecting optical measuring equipment. Modular concept employed, allows the use of different optional accessories which ensures easy and convenient adaptation. Blown Film Benefits of Blown Film:
- The blown film towers (BFT 300/400) with film haul-off and extrusion die is used to produce high-quality blown film for carrying out optical and physical measurement on the film
- The mechanical design corresponds to a production system in laboratory scale. All settings and configuration parameters are stored by the system which ensures the reproduction of the quality of film at any time. This reproducible film is important for optical on-/off-line measurement such as gels, contamination, haze and gloss. Besides, these films are also important for on-/off-line density and additive measurement
- The take-off nip rolls are driven pneumatically and the temperature is optionally adjustable
- The film bubble is stabilised with additional guiding rolls, adjustable wooden grids and Teflon-coated rolls which leads into a flat layer film. Made of stainless steel, the guiding rolls are specially designed to prevent wrinkles
- A color LCD touch panel is used to operate the blown film and parameters like haul-off speed, film tension, winding force, winder diameter, cooling air, film width is set and stored as a configuration file
- An optical device measures the width of the flattened film and controls the diameter of the film bubble which enables the width of the desired film to remain constant. Further, the film width is recorded and shown on the touch panel. The parameters such as current winder diameter, alarms, and other data is visualised clearly on the touch panel
- Tension roll is used to measure the film's tension and controls the speed of the rubber nip rolls automatically. In this way, the complete haul-off unit is adjusted automatically to the film speed and it's elasticity. The winding shaft is operated pneumatically and permits core less winding
- The winding force can also be set which permits optimum winding behaviour for all material. A film break and direction detector is integrated and allows operating safety particularly for on-line applications
- The cooling air blower is frequency controlled and are therefore highly accurate. Moreover, the labyrinth of cooling ring guarantees an even air flow
- Depending on the size, the dies have 6 or 8 spirals and enable an optimal and even distribution of the melt. The dies used is equipped with 3 separate heating zones
- An ionising unit is used to reduce static charges and the motors employed is three-phase A.C. servomotors with feedback which requires no maintenance
