| We also manufacture and supply a quality range of Online Rheometers. The offered range of products is world's smallest in-line polymer melt rheology instrument. Being smallest, it is only 17 inches in length by 8 inches in width. Competitively priced, these, in-line sensors, are easy to install and calibrate. By facilitating the user with an automated rheological measurement of a material while processing, the ViscoSensor is an important quality control tool that can be used to enhance product quality and consistency during processing. Working:
- The ViscoSensor attaches to the process via an annular melt transfer line, with installation achieved via a single M18 pressure transducer port
- Material enters the ViscoSensor and exits back to the process within this tap
- This zero discharge system means the melt sample is returned to the process, eliminating material waste
- The VS1000 ViscoSensor can be used to generate shear rate vs. viscosity data or to generate continuous ASTM melt index data
Features: - Attaches to process using a single M18
- Cost effective solution for on-line viscosity or melt index monitoring
- No waste stream, tested sample is returned to process
- On-line ASTM D1238 melt flow rate
- On-line apparent viscosity
- Replaceable capillary

| In our product range, we also have Melt Flow Indexers. Recently, we have added two new features to this product range, namely electric weight raising and lowering system. Moreover, it also has pneumatic weight raising and lowering system. The applications which require heavy weights and shop air is not easily available, these are apt for those applications. These also remove the effect of operator from test method ‘A" and makes test results more repeatable. Moreover, the offered product range also has a simple push-button RTD calibration along with an optional digital encoder for an accurate measurement of piston displacement and rate of descent. Features:
- Advanced microprocessor controlled design
- Performance to international standards
- Self-diagnostics capability
- Comprehensive statistical analysis package
- Simple push-button RTD calibration
- Smart keys for easy programming
- "Auto cut-off" feature automates the manual ASTM D1238 test method ‘A’
- Personal computer communications capability and MIWORKS for Windows™ software act as melt index test database
- 32-bit microprocessor enables unparalleled control of material test parameters as well as the ability to perform self-diagnostics and digital calibrations.

| | Laboratory Mixing Extruder | With an industrious workforce, we are engaged in trading of a wide range of Laboratory Mixing Extruders. These are precision designed to determine the process-ability of a variety of plastics and rubbers prior to the production process. The offered range of products can meet the extruding needs of fine powders and coarse material as well. Rotational mixing is regulated by the gap between end of the rotor and header. As mixing may be independently adjusted, agglomerates, like fillers or pigments, may be precisely controlled. Features:
- Maximum temperature 400°C
- Variable speed control, 5-260 rpm
- Standard rod header
- Replaceable .3175 cm (1/8 in) orifice
- Water-cooled feed hopper
The two types of LME are as follows: TUS - Take Up System
- The Take Up System is an important accessory to the LME
- Dual purpose machine draws material from the LME into fibers
- Fiber is wound onto the spindle with a variable speed drive to produce the desired fiber diameter
- Two lower rollers of the TUS pull the extrudate form the LME to form a strand that can be cut into pellets with the LEC Pelletizing Chopper
LEC - Pelletizing Chopper

| | Limiting Oxygen Index Tester | We also have in-store for our clients a wide range of Limiting Oxygen Index Testers which accurately measures the relative flammability of plastics and other material. These measure the minimum oxygen concentration that is needed for combustion as per ASTM D2863 and ISO 4589 specifications. The test specimens are burned in controlled atmosphere of nitrogen and oxygen to achieve accurate results. Operator has to adjust the supply of gases and uses the flow meter readings to determine the exact oxygen index. Features:
- Easy to operate
- Flexible sample testing
- Uniform combustion atmosphere
- Precision gas flow metering
- Twin gas flowmeters with control needle valves, certified calibration to ±0.5%
- Twin gas pressure gauges (0-100 psi)
- Chimney gas dispersion chamber with glass bead bed
- Rigid specimen holder
