Metal Tube Rotameters
 
Our range metal tube rotameter is efficient to meter semi transparent/opaque fluids under high operating pressure and temperature. It is made from SS 316 with flanged connections and available in sizes 20 NB to 100 NB online. Following are some of the specifications of the product:

U Tube Manometer

Inclined Manometers

Vacuum Measuring Manometers
 
Our range vacuum measuring manometers is mercury filled absolute pressure U-tube manometer used for accurate measurement of process vacuum in its last stage. Manometer is attached with a catch pot and isolation valve to protect it from dust, moisture or other sediments in the line entering into the product. The manometer is wall and stand mounting type available in 50 -0- 50 mm of HG, 100 -0- 100 mm of HG and 380 -0- 380 mm of HG.

Tubular Glass Level Indicators
 
Side mounted tubular level indicator is a reliable device to read the level of liquid in the tank. Auto-shut of ball check valve arrangement is provided to prevent liquid loss during glass breakage.
 
Reflex Level Guages
 
Reflex level gauges are designed specially for meeting most critical requirements of fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemical & chemical industries which involve high pressure, high temperature and inflammable toxic liquids. Reflecting prisms are attached with inner surface of glass. Liquid Levels shows black in contrast to mirror like surface above.
 
Magnetic Capsule Type Level Indicators
 
In magnetic capsule type level indicators, there is cylindrical float with powerful magnet which moves with level in side metallic chamber. A weighted magnetic capsule following the float movement indicates level.  Capsule guided in filled glass tube is attached externally to chamber. Following are specifications of the product:

Side Mounted Magnetic Level Switches
 
The level switches are mounted on the side of the tank. Float position changes with the level which in turn the switch contacts with the help of magnetic coupling changes. It finds application for automatic pump control high and low level signals safety interlock circuits. The switches are made of SS 304/SS 316/PP/ Teflon coating. Pitot Tubes - Manometer Combination
 
Pitot tube is a primary element finding application to measure static and impact pressure. It is also widely used for measuring velocity pressure in air, flow rate of fluid in duct, gas or liquid flow in air conditioning system, fan testing and liquid pump discharge. The accompanying secondary elements are our well type liquid filled manometer. The scale of the manometer is directly standardized in terms of flow rate of fluids as per Indian or British specification.
 
Orifice - Manometer Combination
 
Orifice plates are primary element of differential producers to measure rate of flow. Diameters of orifice plate are precisions bored to exact tolerances. These products have a sharp lead edge assuring extreme accuracy. Standard plates of orifice are available with sizes 1/8” or ¼” thick 304/316 SS. These plates are mounted between a pair of special orifice flanges. These are fabricated of mild steel/carbon steel/stainless steel with the support of bolt and nuts, flange tapings, D1 D2 tapings and pipe tapings are depending upon the line size.
 
The accompanying secondary elements are our well type liquid filled manometer. As per Indian or British specification, the scale of the manometer is directly calibrated in terms of flow rate of fluids.

Various types of the tubes are made available including “S” type, “L” type, “Straight” type and “Double Tipped” type. It is a primary element for velocity pressure in gas, air or liquid flow. The pilot tubes find application for measuring velocities and impact pressures of air conditioning systems, fan testing and liquid pump discharge. We offer concentric type and double tipped type pitot tubes which are fabricated of brass or SS. The range is available with accuracy ±2%.
