March 2011: Fläkt Woods sells Symor with related assets and rights to Temet Oy in Finland.

June 2009: Fläkt Woods acquires Caryaire Air Management Systems in India.

January 2009: Fläkt Woods acquires Airchal in France.

November 2007: Fläkt Woods acquires SEMCO Incorporated in the USA and Symor Oy in Finland.

September 2007: Fläkt Woods is acquired by Sagard, Barclay's Private Equity, ICG and the management.
