			Manufacturing unit We have our manufacturing unit established in 3000sq ft. It is installed with the latest machines which help us in manufacturing the products which are in adhere to the International quality standards. The different machines installed in our premises are * Electric furnace * Deburring machine * Lathe machine * Vernier height gauge machine * Vernier caliber micrometer These machines help us in quick processing of orders without wasting the raw material. Our team of skilled workers themselves give the final touch to the accessories and filters and check them for quality and durability. They are then checked in lots for consistency and dimensions.


			Warehousing and Packaging To meet the bulk requirements of the customers we have a warehousing facility to store the procured material and various finished products. These are stores in different units, which are stored in conducive environment. This helps in catering to the immediate bulk requirements of agents, easy packaging of the goods and streamlining the delivery process. All the orders are packed in conducive packing using machines, which help us in easy loading and unloading of the goods. They are accessories are packed in plastic bags and then in corrugated boxes so no part is damaged during the transit of orders.

These tests are conducted at different stages of manufacturing process to ensure that the final product stands all the quality test. The different test conducted by them are Vernier height gauge test and vernier caliber micrometer-test for dimensions, MPIF testing for checking the filtration level.
