About Us

Incepted in 2002, Flex-Tran Industries is a manufacturer of flexible gear couplings like: standard gear couplings, mill motor gear couplings, spacer gear couplings, insulated gear couplings, half geared & half rigid gear couplings, floating shaft gear couplings. Under the leadership and guidance of our founder Mr. Ravi who is a BE in computers and MBA in finance, we have progressed tremendously. Our wide experience in the industry has assisted us in manufacturing an innovative range of products with exact technical specifications.

We have created a team of engineering and manufacturing experts who assist us in meeting the needs of our customers. Our engineering professionals create designs and also provide after-sale technical support and troubleshooting. We employ the most modern tools to streamline processes and provide an array of superior output through well-planned and well-executed inputs of right knowledge and rich experience in the same field.

Our Team

Our team consists of professionals from various fields. We have 6 qualified management professionals with 12 skilled workers and 5 semi skilled personnel who are trained by our training specialists to enhance their skills and efficiency in order to maximize the production and reduce the wastage. We also have 6 quality control inspectors who keep a strict vigil on the quality of the products. Our team also comprises of 2 R&D analysts who conduct research on a continuous basis to improvise on the products.

Raw Materials Used: We use superior quality forged steel to manufacture gears. We procure these raw materials locally from various cities like Pune, Mumbai and Gaziabad. Our raw materials are specially checked by metallurgists who have wide experience and eye for detail. They test the quality of the raw materials on various special parameters. Our specialists ensure that the raw materials are procured only from reliable suppliers and vendors in order to produce a completely defect free product.
