‘Easyflex’ spider type flexible couplings are the simplest type available for driving almost all types of machinery. The couplings consists of two identical helves made of superior quality cast Iron and a rubber element heaving spider arms. Accomodates misalignment, Parallel/angular or in combination. Available in a wide varity of sizes to cater for power ratings of 0.031 kw to 22.41 kw at 100 rmp and a max bore of 100 m/m dia.

Grid type flexible coupling are used in almost all types of industrial appliances. A complete Grid coupling consists of two hubs, grid spring & covers to protect the spring. The Grid spring element is so designed that it provides sufficient resiliency for variable flexibility of a coupling and considerable damping properties making the coupling suitable for drives involving high shock loads.

Simple and compact in design and construction, these couplings provide positive and resilient drive to protect the driving and/or driven machines against any major damage due to unavoidable misalignment, shock loads, torsional vibration, reversal of drive, setting of machine foundation and wear of bearings,. The standard couplings can cater for a transmission range of 1hp (0. 82 kw) to 335 hp (250 kw) at 100rpm.

Made from high quality Cast Iron Flexer Pulleys are machined to fine limit as per I.S. 3142 and statically balanced (wherever necessary). Available in an wide range of standard sizes to cater for almost all the drive applications. V-Grooved Pulleys can also be manufactured as per customer’s specifications.

Flexer conveyor belts are manufactured with varieties of fabrics eg. nylon/nylon, polyester/nylon, cotton/cotton, cotton/nylon. for nylon/nylon – belt elasticity is high, tensile strength is high too. It resists impact and has excellent flexibility resistance and troughability. Apart from these, its elongation is small. So suitable for middle & long distance transportation of higher load & speed.

Having all the desirable characteristics of an ideal flexible coupling, our ‘Flexoflex’ coupling can cater upto 250 HP (187 kw) at 1440 rpm and suitable for a max shaft dia of 100 m/m. ‘Flexoflex’ Couplings encounters various drive irregularities like angular misalignment (4 max), parallel misalignment (upto 3.3 m/m max) and end float (upto 4.2 m/m max) either singly or in any combination.

Curved Tooth Flexible Gear Couplings are unique of its kind in the field of mechanical power transmission. Special ‘o’ rings have been provided at the end of the coupling hubs to prevent any leakage of the lubricant and entry of dust inside the coupling.
