Incepted in the year 1990, Flocon Industries has established itself as manufacturer and exporter of durable valves and fittings that are widely used in oil, gas, petro-chemicals, fertilizers, power generation and many other industries. Under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. Christopher Francis Fonseca we have spread our arms in exporting our products to wide clientele. His experience as project in charge of purified water (pw) & water for injection (wfi) lines for M/s Flow Control, Jogeshwari has enabled us to introduce innovative features in our manufactured products.

These products are manufactured from qualitative raw material that we procure from the trusted vendors based at Rajkot, Gujarat. We use SS 316 L and SS investment castings to manufacture the valves and fittings.

Customization

We offer range of valves and fittings that are in regular as well as customized dimensions. To meet the changing requirements of our clients we conduct comprehensive research of the market and ask for the sample drawings and specifications of the products to manufacture them in accordingly.

Strict quality assurance management is being followed in all the departments to manufacture products of international standard. Our quality inspectors keeps a strict vigil while procuring the raw material and maintains the quality standard throughout the production and shipment process. We have a in house testing lab where we conduct various test on the manufactured industrial supplies. Some of the tests that we perform on our products are:

We have a well spread warehouse where we store the raw material and the manufactured industrial supplies. The warehouse is segregated into different sections to store the varied products. The storekeepers manage the regular inventory in order to minimize the wastage of the stored products. Our warehouse is equipped with loading docks to load and unload trucks that make the delivery faster.

Our manufactured valves and other industrial supplies are packed in sturdy and corrugated boxes that protect them from moisture that prevents rusting or corroding of the packed products during the transit stage. We also have latest machines that are used for packing the finished products. As specified by our clients we offer bulk packaging and individual packaging of the valves.
