1. Raw Material:
Our experts test raw materials as per national as well as international standards for their physical properties and chemical composition. We test raw materials for hardness and other relevant properties by the respective suppliers. 

2. Stage Inspection:
Accuracy in dimensions and drawings of components is tested at every stage of the production. We also focus on the finish of the products.

We also manufacture customized products as per clients’ requirement. Every valve undergoes pressure test (air, water or oil) for seat leak and performance, electrical test as specified in ISI standards and temperature test. Similarly all AFCPR are tested for leakage, regulation and flow characteristics. All products are finally checked visually for finish before packing and dispatch.
