We are manufacturing co-axial & tri-axial cables. Tri axial cables & double shielded cables are used for very low levels of signal leakage to minimise leakage. The triaxial cable has the usual outer conductor braid. A die electric layer is provided over it and an additional braid is again provided outer jacket of pvc in normal course depending upon the attenuation or as per customer requirment.

We are manufacturing floor heating cables in various wattage ratings, ranging from 150 Watts to 3000 Watts. Operating voltage of heating cable is 230 V AC/RMS, 120 V AC/RMS or it can be designed for any voltage.

Applications:

• Heating cables are used under floor, under tile, under carpet heating systems.
• Heating cables can be used in car seat heating, heated towel rails, heating blankets, soil warming, water pipe warming, snow melting applications, etc.

Floor heating is a concept in comfort engineering. It provides heat from the bottom upwards, which provide appropriately pleasant warmth for your feet, body and head. As it produces only very gentle air circulation, undoubtedly, is the best solution for domestic heating applications. Floor heating mats are installed under tiles or wooden or laminate floorings, in bathrooms, kitchens and entire homes.

Brief outline of Construction- Flexible Fiber-glass mats that carry thin heating elements uniformly fixed on it. The heating elements are provided with primary PTFE (Teflon) insulation, metal shielding and secondary insulation of PTFE or PVC, as desired. Heating cables could be single conductor and terminating on cold leads of 2.5m at two ends of the mat, or could be twin conductor and cold leadsof 2.5m terminating at one end of the mat.We also manufactured floor heating mats according customer desire specs.

We are manufacturing Insulated copper cord which is widely used in current transformers as a primary conductor. Primary insulation of copper cord is polyster & braided by cotton. Its available from 5 sqmm upto 400 sqmm in size.

The cables are manufactured as per MIL-C-17 or JSS 51001. The conductor used is silver plated copper weld steel wire, PTFE insulated and specific braiding is done as per specifications and standards. This is again Jacketed with PTFE or Fiber glass as per standards.

We are manufacturing multicore cables which are made by twisting single core cables. Single core is made by stranded or single conductor as mentioned above in hook up wires. These twisted cables are shielded by metal shielding as per customer requirement at last it is covered by tape wrapped mylar, PTFE, Polyster or Conventional Extruded PVC Jacket/ Sheaths as per customer requirment.

We are using the finest annealed copper, silver or nickle plated conductor which is stain free 7,19 or 37 stranded (or single condutor of small size). AWG 32 to AWG10 standard electronic colours (plus pink & transparent), Bicolour, Tricolour (one or two stripes), in more than 200 colours combinations available readily. These hook up wires are completely free from almost all known chemicals and solvent. They also completely unaffected by ageing. They works in very harsh wheather also temprature from -200 degree centigrade to 260 degree centigrate. We are making hookup wires in various voltages these are given below :

• Type ET(250 v Ac RMS working).
• Type E (600 v AC RMS working)
• Type EE(1000v AC RMS working)

The entire range of above product is as per JSS 51004 for use in defence equipment. The product range also covers the specification as per MIL-W-16878-D & Ministry of aviation U.k.EL-1930.

These PTFE Insulated High voltage cables are capable of operating upto 22 KV AC RMS-50 KV DC working. We manufacture and supply PTFE insulated cables which are of supreme quality and are corrosion resistant.

We manufacture PTFE Sleeves as per JSS 54802 MIL-1-22129. PTFE sleeves available in bore sizes of 0.5 mm to 30 mm. PTFE sleeves available in 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm & 0.8mm wall thickness. PTFE sleeves are smooth from outside and inside. It is available in complete colour range.

We are manufacturing reliable non sticking cured PTFE tapes for use at high temprature slot liner (upto 300 degree centigrade). The range of thickness is from .075 mm to .04mm in comparision to unsintered PTFE tape. The tape 5 to 10 times stronger mechanically.

We manufacturer thermocouple compensating cables (IS : 8784). Thermo couple cables are used for measuring accurate temprature and its control. A pair of different wires eg. Nickle-chromium, Nickle-Aluminium, Copper, Constentan, NICR constentan, etc. These are manufactured as per DIN43760 standards.
