(Coal, Wood, Husk, Bagasse etc): We offer DVT & DVTF series vertical
thermo packs suitable for the ever changing fuel & energy
situations. The vertical design of thermo packs attached with
integral furnace assures total combustion of solid fuels such as
coal, wood, husk, bagasse and many others. These are suitable for indirect heating

- Our range of Thermo pack design
follows the norms according to DIN 4754 & API codes for maximum
film temperature and heat flux essential for lengthy operating life
of heater and thermic fluid.
- Total combustion of solid fuels
- Liberal heat surface area on the
coil is provided, thereby making the heater more efficient
- The air pre-heater is provided to
recover maximum heat from hot flue gases and thereby increasing the
operating efficiency of Thermo pack
- The balanced drought system
ensures minimum infiltration of unwanted air through fire doors
- All the combustion air passes
through the air pre-heater resulting in maximum heat recovery and
thereby increasing the efficiency
Thermo pack safeties & controls:
- The temperature controllers
installed on the outlet and the return line of thermo pack ensures
precise temperature control and prevents the excess heating of
thermic fluid
- Pressure relief valves are
installed on the pipeline to reduce any accidental increase in
pressure
- If the flow of thermic fluid is
low, differential pressure switch across the return and outlet
pipeline of Thermo pack cuts off the I.D and F.D. fan to slow down
combustion
- The level switch cuts off the I.D.
and F.D. fans incase of low thermic fluid level in the expansion
tank
- Electrical interlock cuts off the
fans incase of thermic fluid pump motor trip
- A diesel generating set can be
provided to thermic fluid pump to keep the circulation ON at the
time of power failure. It helps to avoid the thermic fluid
degradation

STEAMAX series four pass, non-IBR steam boilers that come with the
advantage of reverse flow technology, which provides optimum

Design Features:
- Forced circulation water tube coil
type, four pass reverse flow design. In a reverse flow design, the
flue gas flows axially downwards in the first pass on reaching the
bottom, the flue gas takes a reverse turn upwards, which resulting
in the second pass that make sure complete combustion resulting in
high rate of heat flux in the radiant zone and thereby leading to
high thermal efficiency.
- Membrane walls in the helical
coils gives sufficient residence time for total combustion and
thereby ensuring better Safeties & Controls.
- Burner electronic sequence
controller is provided to sense any abnormal operating conditions.
- Light dependent photocell is
offered to sense the flame failure.
- Audio Visual alarm is provided,
incase of any abnormal operating conditions.
- Differential pressure switch is
offered to control operation.
- Blow down valve open limit switch
is provided to sense the opening of the blow down valve.
- No water cutout switch is provided
to monitor the flow of boiler feed water.
- Contactors & relays are
offered for each motor.
- Quality of steam in terms of
dryness fraction.
- Economizer is offered to recover
maximum heat from the flue gases by pre-heating the boiler feed
water and thereby increasing the efficiency of the boiler.
- Aluminum radiator is provided
between the inner and outer shell, ensuring pre-heating of fresh air
going into the combustion chamber and cooling of outer shell leading
to finest efficiency.

Fs-series rotary joints high
temperature, high pressure steam or hot oil: Our Fs-Series rotary joints provide a
smooth operational service and requires less maintenance. The contact
parts have the advantage of corrosion resistance, which provides
safety to the seals from early wearing. We offer both mono flow as well as dual
flow rotary joints in all sizes (with stationary or rotating internal

Please Note: Operation at maximum pressure continued
with maximum speed should be avoided. Flotech fx-series rotary unions
general purpose: Our range of flexible and compact
rotary unions is widely used for intermittent steam, water or hot
oil. The stainless steel housing comprises of a mechanical seal
having seal face combination of tungston carbide against carbon
graphite and a rotor shaft guided by two precision ball bearings that
keeps the seal faces in ideal alignment. The seal faces are micro-lapped to an
optical flatness of less than 2 light bands to ensure leak proof
operation. All sizes are available in mono flow and dual flow (with
stationary or rotating internal pipe).
