Preparation of marketing and management plans for the project, including negotiating with the Financial Institution. Expansion of business, development of franchisee and affiliates Brand development. Project planning and coordination. Chatterjee is the Managing Director of Flow Consultants Pvt Ltd from 2002. He is also the Director of IRIS Energy Services Corporation, USA.

She has been in the field of creative Sales and Marketing and then in BTL communications. Has been involved in Strategic Planning, Brand and image building, Crisis management and celebrity Management. She has handled various type of Sales promotions include Rural promotions, CRM and CSR events. Conceptualised and handled more than 500 ground events.Being specialized in Televised Reality shows she has extensively worked for talent search in Eastern Region for Zee Telefilms Ltd and Saaibaba Telefilms ltd, for Star Plus ,Mahua TV, NDTV Imagine, 9X . She has been a visiting faculty in Vocational training (advertising course) in Gokhale Memorial College and Event Management in Nation Institute Of Event Management and National school of events. She has been an aaggressive goal oriented, composed Marketing and Communication professional.

Professor Arup Choudhury – Advisor
Prof. Arup Choudhuri had been the Center-Head and the Director of the Amity Global Business School, Kolkata. Prior to that for a period of thirteen years he was the Associate Dean of IBS-Kolkata (Formerly known as ICFAI Business School). He was is various academic committees of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. Prof. Choudhuri acts as the Advisor of various reputed Business Schools in India. His area of specialization is Finance and Banking. He had been into academics for the past two decades. He was a lecturer in the Department of Humanities, Bengal Engineering College (Deemed University). He got an EU (European Union) Vesting Fellowship to visit Britain France and Italy for a study of accounting regulations.
