Our Hydraulic Transfer Moulding Press are ideally designed for simple and intricate transfer moulding of Bakelite, Melamine, SMC, DMC. These are configured with ejection facility and soft opening just after the curing period in order to avoid jerky movement and damage of the component being moulded.

Designing Unit
We have a fully computerized designing unit with the latest design software like Autocad Solidworks, cosmos, MDT and 2006. Each part of the machine is first designed on the computer, assembled and duly checked and finally the parts are sent for assembling in our advanced manufacturing unit.

We also analyse the frame structure, Cylinders, Fabrication parts for 200% of load in Cosmos-2006 to deliver the best to our customers.
