Incepted in 1987, we are a premiere manufacturer of a wide range of hydraulic machines. Through the years, we have successfully satisfied the needs of our clients through specialized designs, with latest trends like programmable logic controls, servo and proportional controls and cartridge valve to achieve superior quality and most reliable products. All our machines are carefully tested and closely watched for its ultimate performance in accordance with the latest standards and also provide after sales service. We have a full fledged quality control department, computerized design section, tool room section, store section, computerized accounts, receipts & dispatch section and well experienced technical persons. During our production process, we incorporate the latest art of technology to our plants & machinery thus giving to our customers value added advantages. We also provide you with quality assurance, inspection report, test report for the satisfaction of our valued clients.

Quality check is done at each production step with gauges by our engineers and finally inspected by the director itself. If the material is under acceptable limit, then only accepted otherwise, it is replaced with the new material. We have imported gauges to check the dimensions up to the close tolerances and hence ensure the material to be used is acceptable or not before the assembling. All the hydraulic and electrical components used to manufacture our hydraulic presses are of reputed make i.e. Yuken, Polyhydron, Vickers, Rexroth (Hydraulic Accessories), ABB/Siemens, L&T (electrical accessories) and the quality test certificate is taken from the supplier prior to use in hydraulic presses and the same will be furnished for the satisfaction of our valued clients. The company also provides quality assurance, inspection report test report to the clients.

We are armed with a sound infrastructure. The company has its own computerized design unit with the latest design software i.e. autocad - 14, 2000 and 3D assembling software and MDT (mechanical desk top). Every part of the machine is first designed on the computer, assembled and duly checked. After finalizing the drawings, the parts are taken into manufacturing process to avoid any kind of misunderstanding and ensure the quality and measurement of the product.

We have the capacity to manufacture 2 to 1500 tons Hydraulic Machines for rubber moulding, bakelite moulding, compression moulding, sheet metal deep drawing, balling presses with fully automatic controls. Our newly developed fully automatic PLC control two station hydraulic rubber moulding & fully automatic PLC control hydraulic deep draw press for stainless steel sink was praised by our valued customers.
