The Fluid Controls group is a team of 100 production associates and a staff of 25 who manage design, production, and quality control; in addition, we have a battery of regional distributors located across India.

The team at at Fluid Controls Private Limited has more than twenty-five years of expertise in the design, engineering and manufacturing of high performance fittings, valves, manifolds, pipe clamps, flanges and accessories. Our clients include large industrial houses, process, power generation and oil/gas industries. In order to ensure focus and quality, each company within the Group has specialized in the manufacture of a particular set of items.

DOUBLE FERRULE TUBE FITTINGS
Since its inception in 1974, the key goal of Fluid Controls Pvt. Ltd. has been continuing excellence. With a core team of twelve associates, operations began with the manufacture of pneumatic valves and fittings. Within a short span of time, our focus on quality and our credo of excellence earned us the acclaim of our valued customers.

Based on these early successes, Fluid Controls commenced manufacturing the range of Double Ferrule Compression Tube Fittings (in Stainless Steel, Brass and Monel) for processing in the oil and gas industries. Designed to meet the stringent standards of BS 4368: Part IV, 1984, the Double Ferrule Fittings are, today, the standard for all oil and gas applications. The development of cryogenics in India has also prompted us to develop special fittings for cryogenics and high-vacuum applications.

VALVES AND MANIFOLDS
The unit in Lonavala manufactures a wide range of valves and manifolds used in conjunction with fittings for specialized applications in instrumentation, oil and gas installations, steam and gas turbines, low temperature gas and liquid gas systems, fine gas.

The product range of valves is manufactured for low, medium and high pressure usage. Special valves in materials such as Nickel, Aluminium as well as valves for naval and sea service are also manufactured by this unit.

Specialised instrumentation accessories such as air-distribution manifolds, seal pots, condensate pots and syphons are also manufactured in this division.
