H-PU is a hydrolysis-resistant, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. It combines the engineering properties of PU with a high resistance to hydrolysis which is otherwise rarely found in polyurethane. It is stable in water up to +90°c (hydrolysis is degradation in water). Because of its resistance to hydrolysis, H-PU can be used for water hydraulic applications in mining, tunnel constructions, press manufacturing & the food industry. It is particularly recommended for use in pure water, HFA & HFB fluids & biologically degradable hydraulic fluids.

POM Acetal is a polyoxymethylene plastomer for anti-extrusion rings, guide ring bushes, scrapers and other high precision rotating parts. One of the most important technical thermoplastics with very good mechanical properties, low water absorption and good chemical resistance. Acetal can be used with any mineral oil and grease, HFA, HFB and HFC fluids. However, it is not resistant to concentrated acids and alkaline solutions.
Polyamide is a material with good sliding properties which is used in guide rings and bearing components. This material is used instead of acetal for components from 250 mm upwards. It can be used with any mineral oil and grease, HFA, HFB and HFC fluids. It absorbs upto 8% water.

Teflon 1 is polytetrafluoroethylene which is used for back up rings, chevron packings, O-rings, rotary seals and gaskets. This is a material with the widest technical range of applications. Only molten alkali metals and gaseous fluorine will attack PTFE at high temperature ocs and pressures. creeping is observed at relatively low loads. Teflon 2 is polytetrafluoroethylene with fillers which is used for 'ow f"ct'on sea's- thrust collars and bearing rings for chevron packings and guide rings. As a result of the special fillers, teflon 2 achieves high firmness values at low creep when compared to pure PTFE. Almost unlimited chemical resistance as above.

H-NBR H-nitrile rubber is a hydrogenated acrylonitrle butadiene rubber. This material is suitable for applications involving aliphatic hydrocarbons such as fuel, propane & butane, mineral oils & greases (resistant to short temperature loads of up to +170"C), vegetable & animal fat or oil. Further more rubber -H may be used in many diluted acids, alkalies & salt solutions, even at elevated temperature ocs, as well as in glycol water mixtures up to + 150"C. Please note: H-NBR will deteriorate in water & silicon oils & greases if these contain anticorrosives, eg. radiator antifreeze. H-NBR is not suitable for fuels with high content of aromatic compounds (four star petrol, alcohol mixture), ketones, esters, ethers & chlorinated hydrocarbons such as trichloroethylene or tetrachloro Ethylene

PU is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. Its outstanding features are usually high resistance to abrasion, low compression set, high rigidity & high tear strength. While its main application is seal technology [lip seals, u-seals, wipers, chvron packing, special seals), it may also be used for dampers & machined parts. Products made from this material can be used on commercially available hydraulic fluids & in water (up to 60 degree cent.) & upto 400 bar (standard seal design & extrusion gaps)
