SALIENT FEATURES:

Seamless hard drawn pipe duely honed & hard chrome plated internally to 60 RC gives long life for piston seals. Hard chrome plating protects the pipe from corrosion & pitting.
Piston rod is ground, micro-finished & hard chrome plated for lasting seal life & anti – corrosion.
Nitrlle rubber “U” cup piston seals expand with pressure to ensure a positive seal but with minimum friction.
Bronze filled PTFE wear rings for the longer stroke cylinders.
Cast iron heavy-duty end covers oxidized for rust prevention.
Extra long Phosphorous Bronze bush for a longer stroke cylinder.
The mountings are bolted on to the basic cylinder using cylinder tie rods. Squarish design permits the cylinder ports to face any of the four sides of the cylinder.
