We manufacture Basket Mill that are available with jacketed container with SS contact area, mirror polished for easy cleaning fitted with flush type valve for discharge of product. These basket mills have SS basket for retention of grinding media -non clogging screen - maximum screen area for high flow circulation of mill base.

Capacity : We offer double cone mixer in various capacities ranging from 100 liters to 1000 liters.

Features :

• It is conical in shape at both ends ends. This allows uniform mixing and easy discharge.
• To avoid any excessive load on the gear box and motor, the cone is statically balanced.
• The powder can be loaded into the cone through the wider opening.

We manufacture precision Triple Roll Mills that are designed with centrifugally cast alloyed chill rolls (550 BHN Hardness). These mills also have Hydro-dynamic motorized hydraulic pressure system for roll closing and opening and roll pressure. In our triple roll mill, Mix, Grind & Release modes are activated by solenoid valves or rotary valve by quick position lever. Pug mixer offered by us are of excellent quality. The inner walls are constructed with SS or MS sheets while the mixer which consists of a center shaft of an appropriate diameter and is either made of S.S or M.S material. These mixers are also fitted with specially designed agitator blades in the central shaft to provide contraflow action. Contraflow ensures consistent circulation to mix/blend ingredients from one end to the another and hence homogenize the batch. Both the ends of the vessel are provided with stuffing boxes on the shaft. These boxes prevent the blended ingredients from leakage or entering into bearings. The shaft is supported by heavy duty pedestals. We provide special arrangements for models above and below 300kgs. For all the models below 300 kgs, the unit is attached with a pulley drive system along with tilting arrangement for smooth discharge. And for the models above 300 kgs, the unit is provided with a gearbox drive coupled to a motor and the discharge valve at the bottom.

Our Sigma mixers comprises of a container welded and machined together with the sigma blades. We have designed them keeping the clearances between the walls and the container to a minimum. This ensures maximum efficacy in kneading and mixing. The shafts of the sigma blades are fitted in bearing blocks. these are each provided with roller bearings, steel glands/teflon rubber seals for smooth and leakproof operations. The mixer is mounted on a sturdy base frame fabricated out of ISMC sections and are free from vibrations. We also provide cooling and heating jackets. These types of machines are available in M.S. and S.S.contruction. The mixer can be tilted by means of a mechanical system or manually. For bigger models we provide hydraulic tilting. Hydraulic tilting system comes with complete power pack, pressure valves, fittings, electric motor, cylinders, pipes and hoses which makes the tilting mechanism quick, easy and simple to operate.

We offer Paste Mixer that are attached with centrally rotating Trifoil blade & anchor type scraper to scrape material inside vessel. Frequency Inverter are also available in paste mixer for variable speed. These paste mixers have automatic reciprocating up & down motion of central shaft during mixing cycle and hydraulic lifting and lowering and hydraulically pressed top hood. It is used for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, tacky and difficult to handle thick pastes and accepts viscosity from 30,000 cps to 150,000 cps.
