Industrial Seals

Over 12 years of experience in the trade has strengthened our image all over the country in the manufacturing of Ball Valve /PTFE Seat Rings, Cotton Phenolic Seals, Hydraulic Seals, PTFE Gaskets for Gate Valve, Nylon MOS2 (Nylon & Molybdnum DiSulhpide), Poly Ether Ether Ketone ( Peek) PEEK 450G & CA30, PTFE Bellows, PTFE Diaphragm, PTFE Hydraulic Seals, TNBV Valve /PTFE Glass Filled rings, PTFE Sleeves for Valve Industries and PTFE Rings. Our products range comprises following products:

Hydraulic Seals

The  Fluoro Carbon Seals offers a wide range of seals for all the application in the field of hydraulic and pneumatic.  The different requirements and operating condition to be necessitated in hydraulic systems and equipments requires a wide variety of different types of seals.  In addition to operating parameters such as speed of stroke, temperature, system pressure and media, the duty cycle of the equipments, the expected service life, no leakage, low friction and the price/performance ratio also very important for selection of seals.

Static Seals

Static seals are used to hold the leakage through the system depending on the application.  There are several types of seals available in different shapes and different materials such PTFE, rubber etc.

Dynamic Seals

Dynamic seals are generally used to transmit power for various applications.  To achieve maximum efficiency, dynamic seals play an important role.  It consists of several sealing rings made of different material depending on application.

Rod Seals

Rod seals are used depending on the design of the hydraulic cylinder and the guide characteristics, on the non-pressure side of the seal there may be gaps, into which the seal can move under pressure resulting in its destruction.  The gap dimension should be calculated very correctly and should not exceed in any case.  There are two base type of seal housing . i) Axially accessible in open seal housing ii) Close seal housing in the form of a groove recessed in the cylinder.

Axially accessible seal housing are required for seals consisting of several seal rings.  To achieve optimum sealing, these seals must be tight axially for installation reason open seal housing are required only for small diameter.

Piston Seals

Piston seals are used for both hydraulic and pneumatic functions. Due to it preload, the seal encounter on the piston has a larger diameter that provides highest efficiency against leakage. To avoid damage to the seal during installation on the piston, chambers are provided on the cylinder barrel. If chamfers are not permitted on the cylinder barrel due to the design aspect, some time chamfers are not permitted on the cylinder barrel. In such case special fixture are used to prevent the damage of the seal during insertion into the cylinder.

Cotton Phenolic Seals

Cotton phenolic seals and laminates are the most widely used of the thermosetting laminates for mechanical applications such as gears and bearings.  Phenolic laminates have high load-carrying capabilities and provide gears with the highest horsepower ratings for an equivalent size of the thermosetting resins. They are also used in various automotive applications, such as bearings for the steering suspension joints, brakes, and clutch pedals; in agricultural machinery for hay-baler slides, various bushings and hydraulic cylinders etc.

PTFE Diaphragms

PTFE diaphragms are ideal for controlling or separating the flow of aggressive media in valves and pumps, or as spacers in equipment such as heat exchangers, while the range of PTFE bellows can be used to provide flexible connections in pipework and to protect glass tubes or vessels, or as universal joints, slide units and special sealing mechanisms.

Chemical resistance against aggressive media, flexibility and long service life are primary requirements to be met by diaphragm compounds and designs.
The stroke of the diaphragm is determined by the shape and design of the crimps, considering the effective diameter.

PTFE Bellows

serve both for sealing the conveyed media and for acceptance of the valve spindle motion. Such non-stuffing box types with PTFE bellows are used as isolating, metering, servo and conveyance valves. Pumps, agitators, centrifuges, filling and weighing units can be installed in equipment and piping systems of steel, enamelled steel, glass and plastic, free from vibrations and shocks due to PTFE bellows. This flexible adapter at the same time ensures the compensation of axial, lateral and angular movements. PTFE bellows are produced by machining of a particularly high-quality semi-finished material - owing to the high requirements in chemical, mechanical and thermal applications.

PTFE Rings

PTFE seal supplied by Fluoro Carbon Seals is available in the following material specification such as virgin PTFE, which is used mainly for o-rings, backup rings and for machined parts used in special applications requiring chemical inertness and limited strength. Even they are ideal for use in cryogenic applications. Bronze filled PTFE is used in dynamic sealing applications, where the bronze filler gives improved wear resistance, hardness and compressive strength. The electrical properties and chemical resistance are reduced. Graphite filled PTFE has significant increased thermal conductivity, reduced level of creep. They are self-lubricating, therefore suitable for high-speed applications, without the need for exterior lubrication and applications, which need to remove thermal energy and/or static electricity. Glass filled PTFE is used, where there is a need for improved wear and increased coefficient of friction. They are ideal for high dynamic applications e.G. High rotation pumps. These high-performance PTFE seals are said to provide exceptional life, high chemical resistance, and lower friction that versus conventional elastomer seals. PTFE seal handles wide variations in pressure and temperature and surface speeds.

PTFE Sleeves

The PTFE sleeves are completely locked into the valve body by 360° port defining metal lips. The sleeve surrounds the conical plug and serves as a self-lubricating seal against leakage through ports and to the atmosphere. The plug rotates in the PTFE-sleeve firmly embedded and aligned in the valve body so that the plug cannot be seized. That special valve design doesn’t allow any sleeve deformation, flow or migration into the waterway duct.

PTFE Seat Rings

Ball Valve PTFE and metal seat rings are broadly used in application in fields like :

  • Chemical
  • Petrochemical
  • Pipe lines
  • Valve industries and stations for natural gas and in oil extraction wells.

PTFE Gaskets for Gate Valve

PTFE gasket is made from suspension PTFE. Compared with other plastics,   it has better corrosion-resistance and excellent heat-resistance. It is now widely used as sealing material. Has the lowest coefficient of friction of all the known solid materials. Not aging and nonstick.

New molds can be made according customers’ requirements.

Polyether Ether Ketone

Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) polymer has been the material of choice for demanding transportation applications requiring outstanding wear, extremely high strength, low coefficient of friction, very high heat stability and resistance to all automotive fluids.

Combining superior wear, strength, stiffness and impact resistance with ease of processing; PEEK polymer has long been the standard high performance polymer in many of the world’s most demanding transportation applications.

Nylontron MOS2

Nylon was one of the first plastics to be used on a large scale for parts subject to friction and wear. Although its coefficient of friction against steel is above 0.20, so that it is not strictly a solid lubricant, nylon has been widely used for gears, bearings, and other parts because of its excellent wear resistance, toughness, ability to dampen vibration and reduce noise, and its ability to operate without lubrication. In comparison to other thermoplastics, nylon gas good tensile and impact strengths and a high modulus of elasticity.
