Flutec High Pressure Ball Valve is manufactured with German Technology and compact design from bar stock for High Pressure application up to 1000 bar (15000PSI). Flutec High Pressure Ball Valves are designed for easy in operation even at high pressure of 1000 bar (15000 PSI). For different temperature range; the sealing material is selected depending upon high pressure flow application. In general all Ball Valves are not High Pressure Ball Valves conventionally available in market. The standard Flutec High Pressure Ball Valves are tested at 500 bar (7500 PSI). Flutec Valves is also manufacturing 3(Three) way, 4(Four) way Ball Valves along with 2(Two) Way Ball Valve design for high pressure applications.

Working pressure up to 1000bar (Standard range tested at 500 bar). -
Working temperature depending upon sealing material – 20 °C to + 250 °C -
Easy handling even at high pressure (switching through 90°C). -
Individual pressure testing ensures safety. -
Block housing available in carbon steel phosphate plated. -
Other metallic finish on request -
Are also manufactured in stainless steel & Brass material. -
Standard valves are supplied with red powder coated straight aluminium / steel handles, Crank Steel handle available for specific requirements.
