High Pressure 5- Way Ball Valves

Flutec 5 Way High Pressure Ball Valve is manufactured with German Technology and compact design from bar stock for High Pressure application up to 1000 bar (15000PSI). Flutec High Pressure Ball Valves are designed for easy in operation even at high pressure of 500 bar (7500 PSI). For different temperature range the sealing material is selected depending upon high pressure flow application. These valves are used as mixing of Fluid or as Diverter for diverting the flow. In general all Ball Valves are not High Pressure Ball Valves conventionally available in market. The standard Flutec High Pressure Ball Valves are tested at 500 bar (7500 PSI). Flutec Valves is also manufacturing 5(Five) way Ball Valves for high pressure applications.

Features of Flutec High Pressure 5-way ball valves:

Working pressure up to 500 bar (7500 PSI).
Working temperature depending upon sealing material – 20 °C to + 250 °C (Standard up to 90 °C)
Easy handling even at high pressure (switching through 90 °C).
Individual pressure testing ensures safety.
Block housing available in carbon steel phosphate plated.
Other metallic finish on request.
Are also manufactured in stainless steel & Brass material.
Are supplied with red powder coated straight aluminium / steel handles.
