Wall Type Hoods In a wall type hoods, one face of the hood sits along the wall. Filters are mounted at an angle and there is freedom of movement below the hoods. Grease collected in the filters is led into a pan for ultimate drainage.

CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION The baffles and frame are made of aluminum. These filters can be easily adapted to any standard type of hood. These must be installed at an angle with the baffles in a vertical direction.
The light weight of the grease filter makes them easy to remove and service. The filters can easily be washed in a solution of warm soapy water. Because aluminum sheds greases rapidly, no expensive hazardous solvents are required. Grease filters made of stainless steel can also be supplied on request.

Fabric / Bag filter type dust collectors are specially used for collecting minute dust particles The dust which is filtered from the gas stream collects on the inside of the bags. It is then removed from the bags by manual / mechanical shaking, or pulse jet cleaning. The fabric bags are made of acrylic polyester, polyester, polyester needle felt, polypropylene nylon, terrylene, anti static etc. depending upon requirements.

FMD Cyclone Separators are normally used for the collection of the coarse dust particles. In a cyclone separator, dusty air is introduced at the top of a cyclone separator, dusty air is introduced at the top of a cyclone through the inlet pipe located tangentially to the cylindrical portion. The gases, then move downwards in a whirling motion, forming a peripheral vortex and giving rise to centrifugal forces, resulting in a throwing of the dust particles towards the walls, which then move downwards into the hopper and are removed through the draw - off pipe. The gases, after reaching the end of the conical portion change direction and move upwards towards the outlet, forming an inner vortex in this upward movement of gases against gravity, more dust particles are separated and fall into a conical hopper for subsequent removal.
