We have palletizers to stack all the products in different pallets and shelves. Our warehousing experts have complete knowledge about the store keeping and efficiently store all the products and the raw materials so that they can be easily located.

We have packaging experts who pack the products in corrugated boxes, sheets and poly packs to protect them from dirt and moisture. They are packed in completely safe packages which protect them from silverfish and various other insects and worms. We individually pack all our products foe their security and easy identification. Our packages are also light in weight and easy to handle.

We have a large and well managed manufacturing unit which is spread across 20000 sq mtrs of area. It comprises of high end cutting, stitching and finishing machineries at Salem India. We undertake manual as well as machine dying activities that are azo free at a large scale. Weaving is done by handloom, power loom and auto looms under the supervisors. Stitching in in-house units under strict supervision. Inspection and packing done in the factory in the presence of Chief Executive.

We are capable of producing 5000 mtrs of fabric per day in auto looms with maximum width of 120 inches, 2000 mtrs of handloom fabric per day, 5000 mtrs of jacquard variety per day and 10,000 meters of printing variety fabric per day. All our mechanism has been geared up in such a way so as to produce the desired quantity within the stipulated time frame.
