The all encompassing assortment of our products include crank shaft, connecting rods, shifter forks, precision gears, valve body, gear blanks and stepped shafts. We are concerned about the safe and proper way of handling, storage, preservation and delivery of all our products and raw materials. This ensures that the products do not get mixed up or damaged during handling, storage or transit. All the stored products are protected against damage to the extent necessary during delivery to the customers. Packing quality is ensured as per the requirement of the customers. In addition, we also provide surface protection on finished products. Our company is equipped with an open steel yard and other material handling equipment like pallet, stackers, water pumps and spare motors of all machines.

Our firm belief that any problem can re corrected and prevented from re occurrence if approach of solving of the problem is systematic and disciplined, has given us a distinct position in the industry. We have successfully developed a cross functioned team approach of problem solving for internal and external non conformances including customer complaints and returns. Different corrective and preventive actions are taken to eliminate the causes of actual potential non conformities and to a degree appropriate to the magnitude of problems. Any changes resulting from corrective and preventive action in the documented quality system are implemented and records of the same are maintained.

In order to relate to specification, drawings, part no and to maintain traceability from receipt stage as well as during all stages of manufacturing and processing and delivery, our company ensures the identification of our products/items. All the products are identified in appropriate manner like stamping, labels, tagging etc. We have also established certain systems that aid in tracing from raw material up to finished products to the final stages for any subsequent rejection from customers end.

Inspection & Quality Control:

We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company known for our streamlined production process that includes individual control plans for all products, for all stages of manufacturing. These are further processed with suitable written down reaction plans that provide easy guidance to all our shop floor engineers. This ensures that their products/items are thoroughly inspected / verified in initial process and final stage. The products that have been properly verified are sent further for subsequent processing and despatch.

We are manufacturing and exporting a variety of automotive and engineering components for our customers at industry leading prices. Our company is also recognized for our ability to custom manufacture all our products in accordance with the specifications of the customers. We follow different processes for manufacturing our products namely:

• Close Die Forging through which we are able to produce products ranging between 0.500 Kgs to 15 kgs in weight like connecting rods, crank, Shifter forks, precision gears, valve body etc.
• Open Forging through which we can manufacture gear blanks ranging between 5 0 kgs to 250 kgs & shafts and step shafts of 50 kgs to 500 kgs.
