Product separation is based on the differential of lifting velocity principle which is dependent on the shape, surface texture and density which affect the aerodynamic behavior of the product in the Air stream. The heavier part falls in the air stream and discharged out the discharge density, airlock and spout. On the contrary, the lighter part is carried with the air stream to the settling chamber where most of this product is discharged through the light product discharge spout.

DRI Plant

DRI Plant

We manufacture and provide DRI (Directly Reduced Iron) plants where sponge iron (an iron ore) is reduced directly into solid state using coal gas, natural gas or coal as reductants. Our plant is highly essential in the steel manufacturing process.

Principle

In sponge iron plant coal is used as a reductant in a rotary kiln which creates a waste comprising of coal char and other inorganic oxides. The waste also known as DRI ash should have a minimum quantity of carbon in it in order to prevent re-oxidation of the freshly produced sponge iron at the discharge end of the rotary kiln. The carbon is used to reduce the atmospheric pressure till the end of process. Magnetic separation is used to separate waste from the product. Air separation of solids can also be used to separate the carbon bearing char from the magnetic and nonmagnetic oxide wastes.

The carbon bearing char with carbon content of between 40 and 50% can be used as fuel in boilers which accept such fuel, such as fluidized bed boilers. The char is therefore separated from the fuel based on size and density difference. The separated fuel is used in the fluidized bed boiler replacing fresh coal which is cost effective. As the plant is not compatible with wet ash, wetting in pug mill should be eliminated and dry material to be used through closed conveying system e.g. screw conveyor with an automatic bag filter system.

Pressure Destoner

Pressure Destoner

Our pressure de-stoner is designed for high capacity and accuracy. With two way separations in our pressure de-stoners separation of lighter products from heavier ones such as stone, glass and metals is easily achieved. Our range is available in open deck type for dry granular material and dust free or vacuum type sealed system for high capacity pollution free operation. Our range is ideal for operating on the soyabean, senna leaves, isabgol, whole dried chilli and many more material.

Our pressure de-stoner is ideal for faster and finer separation and based on flowing dry granular material over an inclined, vibrating, screen covered deck. Vacuum air is pulled through the deck, and through the bed of material. The steady air flow holds the product in stratified flotation. The lighter material in the upper strata flows down the inclined vibrating deck whereas heavier material such as stones, glass and metal travel uphill and out. The product flows downhill at the discharge end of the deck. The bottom portion of the bed consists of gravity pure, finished product that often needs no further refinement. Our de-stoner is ideal for spices, coffee, peanuts, plastics, cereals, beans, wheat, minerals and chemicals.

Our screeners are available in 2 deck and 3 deck models with positive eccentric, high speed vibrating screener which ensures accurate, high capacity, high quality size separations. When used with pre or post aspiration system, give excellent separation of light and air borne impurities. The pre-aspirator is used to remove hulls and dust and other light contaminants before the product enters the screener, thus making the product more flowable at the start of the screening operation. The screen separator is featured with three different independent levels of screens providing a wider range of material scalping and sizing.

CONVEYORS

Our wide range of seed processing machines also comprises of bucket elevators and screw conveyors. Our bucket elevators are widely used for handling free flowing material such as rice, wheat, malt corn, and sunflower seed and even saw dust. Our bucket elevator is designed to handle material gently and the modular design keeps the system rigid resulting in absolute alignment and easy operation. Easily removable inspection cover ensures easy maintenance. High speed pulley discharges material by centrifugal action and the UHMWPE lining minimizes any type of wear and increases efficiency. Zero speed switch and holdback-device ensures complete safe operation. Self cleaning and self aligning pulleys supported by flanged bearing units at both the ends ensures minimum maintenance. Our bucket elevator consumes low power due to drive through geared motors. We also offer screw conveyors of various sizes, lengths and capacities of which screw diameter range from 100 mm to 600 mm. Our range is applicable in flour mills, rice mills, dal mills and solvent extraction plant as per their specification requirement. It is also suitable for pharmaceutical and dairy industry. Our continuous vibro fluidized and bed roaster is suitable for any dry granular product without any moisture can be roasted in this machine. Our roaster is ideal for various food items including chana, suji, cocoa, green gram, vermicelli, jowar and fryums.
