Fourell Appliances Private Limited, is an associate company of Kabsons Group, known in India for the last five decades for range of portable gas appliances and equipments such as LPG Gas Cylinder, Butane Gas Cans, Portable Gas Cylinder, Refill Gas Cans for domestic and industrial sector. We are known for introducing the concept of butane candles for the first time.
Engineering, quality control expertise and the in-house manufacturing facilities have been the keys to our success and growth. Our range of butane filled candles are available in variety of exotic colours and designs. Wide range of refillable butane candles / heating torches for various domestic and industrial needs. Handy, aesthetic, consumer friendly, study, refillable, designs which provide light and heat as per the need of the customer. Our range of refillable candles are what candles ought to be , without the mess, maintenance, melting and all what the conventional wax candle has. Our flame is brighter, protected by chimney and is truely life long product.
Our heating torches provide temperatures upto 1100 deg. centigrade for various applications. We make torches for airconditioning, refreigeration, jewellery industry. Our Chef torches are popular and are one time purchase for hobbyists and restaurents. |

Production Facilities
Spread over the vast expanses of 12000 sq. ft. factory shed, our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is located at Hosur, Tamil Nadu. We have our own ultra modern production facility and we use latest technology to deliver products that ensures high operational efficiency, thereby maximizing profits. Presently, we have a manufacturing capability of approximately 20,000 pieces per month.
The complete manufacturing of metal body is done in-house utilizing automatic conveyerized powder coating plant and precision machine lathes. We also have a modern laboratory equipped with the latest testing facility to ensure the quality of the finished products. We keep upgrading our manufacturing facilities to meet the quality standards and expectations of our worldwide clients.

Quality is the focus of all our endeavors. We follow stringent quality control right from procurement of raw material till the dispatch. A strict check on raw material, in-process control and laboratory testing ensure best quality of products. We also upgrade our manufacturing facilities and calibrate equipment from time to time to meet the demands of our clients. Prior to the dispatch, all the products are individually inspected on the basis of specifications provided by the clients.
