KNITTING
Knitting plays a key role to this business. Our knitting unit is one of the role model to all other knitting houses, equipped with high ranked equipments.
DYEING UNIT
All the dyeing Machines are imported from Singapore, Germany, Japan and Uk. We have use all good quality chemicals it’s not injure to health. The garments should be made quality colors.
EMBROIDERY
The fabric, cut fabric, semi stitched, fully stitched are embroidered according to pattern. Be it logo, chest and label, they can be embroidered in the in-house Embroidery machine of 96 heads and 6 to 12 colors each from TAJIMA - JAPAN.
CUTTING SECTION
Cutting of a dress is an important factor as it determines the fit of knitwear or any other clothes wear. Our cutting is done ‘perfectly’, keeping in mind the latest fashion fits. Free Style Fashion's exclusive fits are ready to adorn the deserving on and off the ramp.
STITCHING SECTION
For stitching of garments we have 200 machines. The over lock and flat lock machines and lock stitch are from Siruba-Taiwan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection. The machines are also fixed with top feed which reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like Decorative stitching, Bar tacking, Button hole, Buttoning etc., this is done by machine- a make of Juki - Japan.
IRONING SECTION
Pressing is the last phase of production of the garment, which is also done with latest machines. The garments are steam pressed and vacuum sucked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming.
PACKING SECTION
After pressing the garment goes for final packing.
