Moreover, the software connects the PC to the measuring instrument and logs the data with in the time frame of 24 hrs. Further, preparation of a report based on the logged files is done.

Frehnig ILW server 2080 is an embedded web server and more. It offers unprecedented ease of use with various connectivity options.like RS-232, USB, GPRS modem interface, Ethernet and Sd memory.
ILW server is a standalone device, containing an embedded hardware web server and the supporting devices. It requires no PC and can connect to the internet via Ethernet, GPRS/GSM modem etc . Once the connection is established, the server can acquire data from multiple field instruments and can transmit the data via the internet to anywhere in the world. The ILW server can also be accessed from anywhere in the world via the internet.
The traditional 4-20 ma -> datalogger -> PC version of data connectivity has become obsolete. And in the new world of digital connectivity, web enabling of devices will deliver a highly flexible communication backbone for all your monitoring and control needs. The ILW server comes with a modem interface and an ethernet interface. Plug in a gsm/gprs modem, or a ethernet broadband connection, and you are ready to go!. The RS-232 port accepts data from various field devices via the FREHNIG Hub_FLH 232 and the data can be transferred to a web page which can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

Flow Meter Networking Hub |
The flow meter networking hub is a junction box with several ports in the back for receiving the Ethernet cables that are plugged into each computer on the LAN. With Ethernet cables going from each NIC to the hub, all computers are connected to the flow meter networking hub.

We are offering our clients, accurately designed RPM Sensor, which is a specially designed optical system. A LED transmitter is fitted that places a spot of red light on the shaft and a reflective marker is also fitted that reflects the beam back to the optical system, which will focus the reflected image on the detector. The reflection is further converted to pulses. This type of arrangement is ideal for continuous rpm monitoring. Specifications: -
The rpm meter for the sensor accepts both non contact type sensor and proximity sensor -

Data Logging & Control Software |
All FREHNIG instrumentation products have RS232 serial port. FREHNIG supports some of the instruments with a proprietary data logging software at negligible cost.
These data logging software connects the PC to the measuring instrument and logs the data on 24hrs basis. It then prepares a report based on the logged files.
The log files are compatible to Microsoft Excel. This makes it convenient to import the data to Excel and prepare a report with user specification.
Frehnig also supports customized data logging software for OEM customers.

We are one of the leading manufacturers of specially designed RPM controller, monitor. These are recognized as a low cost automatic monitoring system for RPM. Moreover, the controller has a keyboard and a bar graph LED for graphical display of the deviation of the measured RPM from the set point in positive and negative direction.

Automatic Pump Testing System |
We are offering our clients, quality Automatic Pump Testing System. The system is an incorporation of pressure controller, vacuum controller, rpm meter and energy meter. Our testing system has the capability of switching ON the motor and uses electrically actuated valves. Further, the pressure and vacuum valves are set to preset values as defined by the user in the software. Moreover, the system reads the relevant readings from the transducers and this data is processed

The processed results are plotted on a graph and by extrapolating the declared points on to the curve, several observed data is gathered and then stored in the database -
These results are then compared with the declared values -
If the compared values are within the tolerance limits then a GREEN lamp is switched to indicate PASS -
If the observed values are not within the limits, a RED lamp is switched to indicate FAIL -
Extensive set of preset values are available using which the testing operation can be fine tuned for each and every model of the pumps to be tested on the rig
