Frick India Ltd. manufactures atmospheric type ammonia condenser having single row/double row of pipes. These condensers are of 20 feet long and 12 pipes high, complete with liquid and gas valves, water sprinkling header, gas and liquid headers.

Frick shell & tube condensers are available with a refrigeration capacity range from 10 tons to over 1000 tons. With the proper tube material selection, they can be applied to a multiplicity of refrigerants including r-717, r-22 and r-134a. Shell diameters start at 8" and go up to 48" and even larger. Bonnets ranging from single pass to 10 pass provides maximum selection flexibility.

 

Multiple shell arrangements can be utilized to match large refrigeration systems. Horizontal shell & tube condensers are available for sea water & marine use.

Frick vertical shell and tube condensers are available in 12 sizes to effectively cover a normal capacity range of 10 to 350 tr. With multiple shell arrangements, vertical condensers provide capacities to meet the requirements of any ammonia refrigeration system.

 

Each frick vertical condenser is furnished complete with reservoir assembly, deflector, water swirls, gas, liquid, purge and drain values with fittings, and safety valve.
