Frick flake ice makerhas been developed to satisfy the need of the customer using advanced technology. The machine is compact in design and needs to be coupled with a refrigeration plant and fresh/sea water connection. Production of hygienic low temperature ice can be obtained depending on requirement. It can run efficiently both on r-717 and r-22.
Frick standard block ice making plants are available in 9 sizes with a capacity range of 3 to 65 tons of ice per 24 hrs. Depending upon size and customer's specifications. Plants are designed for either 100 lb (45kg) or 300 lb (135kg) capacity cans. Custom-made plants can also be designed for 55lb (25kg) capacity cans.
Harvesting System Overhead Hoist:
Manual or electric hoist for removing cans from the freezing tank is furnished depending upon the can dump system employed. Convenient one-man operation for all purposes.
Can Fillers:
Suitable for large ice plants using can grid system. Cans are filled simultaneously and filler tanks are easily adjusted to provide automatically the exact quantity of water to each can. Filler tanks are mounted on a steel frame and supported with either wall brackets or floorstand.
Frick instant water coolers of a zig-zag coil made out of heavy ms pipe, accumulator, water trays made of thick galvanised iron sheets, watertrough at the bottom to function as a collecting tank, along with water distribution header, water in and out connctions, makeup with float and overflow connections, suction and liquid connections etc. The instant water cooler is supported on a sturdy angle iron structure and covered with heavy gauge panel sheets and insulated throughout.

Frick horizontal shell and tube chiller are for any brine or water cooling application with ammonia. These chillers are available from 12 to 48 inches in diameter with tube length to 18 feet. Multiple bonnets are designed for 2 thru 10 liquid passes to provide maximum selection flexibility. With multiple shell arrangements, shell and tube chillers may be installed in any size refrigeration system.
