Operation:

The Width of the paper Reel to be fed on the machine can be ascertained as follows:

Bag Formation:

• Specific type of Bag ie Flat or Satchel can be made by fixing particular size plate to the plate holder and length of the tube can be obtained by altering the size Gear Wheel. Each tooth of gear wheel measures one Centimeter in length. The beater of the machine cuts the tube into the exact size as per the size gear and then carried forward by means of conveyor rollers into the delivery cylinder. After the making of bottom fold, it is pasted on the bag and the bag is carried by the folding cylinder to the delivery table, where it is released and delivered in a vertical stack.

Printing Attachment: Our two or four colour Flexo Printer can be coupled with the paper Bag Making Machine.
