InfrastructureWe have balanced our production units keeping in mind our nature and scope of operations. We have all the necessary equipment and machineries to enable us to produce our products in the best way. Our lines employ judicious use of modern production techniques, folders,guides, templates and advanced machinery to ensure that our products meet international requirements. Given our large range of fabric types, we have special lines fitted with machineries to handle different fabrics, we have three lines handling lightweight fabrics 5 lines handling medium weights and 3 lines for heavyweight fabrics, Protective garments requiring specialized handling and are manufactured in a separate line. Designing: Our Design and development studio is equipped with the requisite software and tools for efficient and appropriate designing according to our customer need. Our designers being trained professionally in the fashion trade try their best to apply a contemporary touch to their designs keeping in mind the functional aspects of Industrial Design. We have a research wing in the design team, which helps to keep us abreast of latest developments in the Industry in relation to Fabrics Technology, Sewing Technology as well as Norms of the various markets that we cater to. We take pride in sharing the result of this research with our buyers enabling them to keep abreast with product launches and market trend movements. Almost 80% of our current production is based on designs that we have created for our buyers.
Pattern making: Our Patterns are made in the latest CAD system available and we can offer best fit and consumptions as well as consistency in design. Our CAD system is compatible with the leading systems available in the world, and works closely with our design team so that our ideas and concepts are fully translated into functionally designs. Our Pattern makers are well versed in making Industrial garments and outerwear, which we realize require a special capability, we have therefore trained them specifically in this area. We continuously apply special pattern making and body fit technologies which make our garments fit and drape better improving the visual as well as the functional aspects of the garment.
