Aim / Vision / MissionAt Frontier we believe that every business organization has a duty to contribute meaningfully to society, we believe in training marginal sections of society concentrating mainly on women to enable them to be independent in life. We take pride in the fact that over 60% of our employees are women. Our vision is to ensure that the growth and prosperity of the Frontier Group is reflected in the improving standard of life in our co workers.
The Vision of the Foundation is to employ at least 60% people at frontier textiles who are physically challenged. We believe that these people have a lot to give to society and do not believe that they should depend upon subsidies and charity from People. We firmly believe that they can stand on their own in Society and can contribute to the growth and prosperity of the Nation.
We are also involved in a project to provide alternative employment to people who have been displaced from their livelihood by the changing economic dynamics wherein consolidation and mergers of units are displacing small traders or to people who become unemployed due to technology changes eg Traditional Motor Car mechanics, Cinema Hall workers, Marginal Farmers etc to name a few.
InfrastructureWe have invested huge amount of capital in the construction of robust infrastructure that is furnished with advanced technological tools. These tools help us in the bulk production of Corporate Uniforms, Corporate Image Wear, Industrial Safety Wear, and many more. At present, we are acknowledged as one of the most prominent Industrial Safety Wear Manufacturers and Suppliers in the country.
