Fulgaddikar Furnaces

We introduce ourselves as a manufacturers of various types of Furnaces, LPG based crematory system and incinerator system to dispose bio-medical waste generated in corporation area. You are well aware that in India about 66 Lacs trees or 5500 hectors of forest is destroyed every year to cremate the dead bodies. It is the responsibility of every citizen and the concerned authorities of the countries to control the firewood.

 

With this objective in mind, we have developed a crematory system based on Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and successfully launched at Nerul Crematory in Navi Mumbai Corporation during May 2007. We are enclosing herewith the Xerox copy of the Municipal Corporation of Navi Mumbai for successfully commissioning the crematory in Nerul area .The  inauguration of the newly developed crematory system was held on05/06/2007 which is environmental day. The Cremator System developed by us is based on LPG as the system is cheaper cost  wise , environment friendly and pollution free. The dead body automatically starts burning when it enters the furnaces. The total system is automated and can be operated easily with the help of control panel (The device to operate the system).

In India about 66 lac trees or 5500 hectares of forest cover is depleted every year to cremate the dead bodies. It is the responsibility of all the enlightened citizens and the concerned authorities of this country to control the consumption of firewood.

 

With this objective in mind, the Fulgaddikar Furnaces (India) Pvt. Ltd., have developed gas/oil/electricity based cremator system which not only saves firewood, but also eliminates foul smell, smoke etc. Thus the place no more becomes an unclean I unhygienic but with well maintained garden bring solace to the near and dear ones.

We have also designed special type furnaces to dispose flue bird animals, which prevents infectious disease that can be transmitted from animals to human beings. Models range from 5Kg/hr to 100Kg/hr.

We can also offer various types of incinerators for the disposal of Bio-medical waste in the form of liquid/semi - liquid and solid form feed inlet to stack outlet.

Heat  recovery Furnace :-


These heating equipment are designed and developed by us for utilization of waste heat from exhaust flue gases of the furnaces for pre heating combustion air required for the burners and can save upto 20% of fuel. This development was made recenlty in our cremator system supplied by us to NMMC, NERUL, Sect. No. 4, Navi-Mumbai.


Steel Industries :-


We found that large number hot rolling mills the reheating furnaces are designed arch type, resulting in any high fuel consumption. With this objective in mind the FULGADDIKAR FURNACES developed flat type re-heating. Furnaces for rolling mills. This can save 25% of the fuel.

The crematory systems manufactured by us work on gas, oil or electricity. The dead body starts burning automatically as it enters into the furnaces. Our crematory systems are fully automatic and controlled & operated through a control panel.

 

Some of the main features of these systems are:

 

• Compact type design, which requires minimum space.
• Extremely high operating temperature of 850°C kill all bacterias present in the body.
• As these work on gas/oil/electricity, there is no need of firewood which in turns conserve the forest cover.
• The space, which is otherwise utilized for storing firewood can be convert into a prayer hall or garden.
• Reduce the cost since only Rs. 6001- worth gas/oil/electricity is needed in comparison to Rs. 12001- worth firewood.
• Kills bacterias of Leptospirosis that is one of the world's most common zoo noses. A zoo noses is an infection, which can be transmitted from animals to humans. Few common types of zoo noses are Anthraz, Brucellosis, are SAR Rabies.
• Our furnaces are especially designed to disposes flu bird animal infectious diseases, which can be transmitted from animals to humans.
• Models ranges from 5kg./hr to I Ookg/hr.
