Heat Exchanger
We are a renowned 100% subsidiary company of 100% subsidiary company of Funke Waermeaustauscher Apparatebau GmbH. Our vast range of heat exchangers are highly qualitative in nature and provided at very nominal prices. The products are supplied with context to on-time delivery, customization and after sales services. Following are the products we are offering:

We are a prominent manufacturer of bolted heat exchangers which are available in bolted design. These are characterized by optimum high heat transfer coefficients. This resultantly permits cost effective adaption to various application conditions. Our product range is offered in single-pass and multi-pass plate heat exchangers provided with heat exchange surface up to 1500 m². For the production of these exchangers, we are using special materials that is plate materials such as chromium nickel steels, chromium nickel molybdenum steels, titanium and further materials. And even the gasket materials such as NBR, EPDM, Viton, silicone and special materials.
Following are some of the technical specifications and other important aspect of our product:
FP/FPS
• Technical data:
heat exchange surface per plate: 0,04 - 2,50 m² max. design pressure: 25 bar
max. design temperature: 170°C
• Safety:
Our plates are provided with double gaskets at the inlet and outlet which prevent mixing of the two media. If designed as safety heat exchanger, double plates are provided with a special sealing system.
• Plate material:
standard: stainless steel 1.4301/AISI 304, 1.4401/AISI 316
optionally: 1.4539, 254 SMO, titanium
• Gasket material:
NBR (nitrile-rubber)
EPDM (ethylene-propylene-rubber) Viton (fluorine-rubber)
Further materials on request
• Special series:
Safety heat exchangers (FPSS) Stainless steel design for food and FDA applications Compact double PHE-units including cocks and valves
Design with welded cassettes (FPG)

Our company is manufacturing plate heat exchanger in brazed design mainly serving to the varied need of industrial applications. The exchanger is available in two forms that is heat transfer plates and turbo plates.
Following are both described plates:
• GPL
These are the heat transfer plates with V – corrugation mainly serving to the needs of heating, air-conditioning, motor cooling, heat recovery and globally to be used with different media.
Following are some of its technical specifications:
Technical Data:
heat exchange surface per plate: 0,0129 - 0,29 m²
max. operating pressure: 30bar
max. operating temperature: -100°C...+200°C
Material:
plates: 1.4401 / AISI 316 solder: copper 99,9%
• TPL:
The TPL are the turbo-plates in the flow gap used for the requirements of plant and mechanical engineering (f. inst. engine/ motor oil cooling). Even the small sizes by high heat transfer rate at higher viscosity globally used with different media.
Following are technical specifications:
Technical data:
heat exchange surface per plate: 0,035 - 0,286 m²
max. operating pressure: 30bar max. operating temperature: -100°C...+200°C
Material:
plates: 1.4401 / AISI 316
solder: copper 99,9%

The one pass design exchanger works on the basis that all connections are on fixed plate with just single flow. This heat exchanger consists of a package with linked up embossed plates with passage openings. As far as its working is concerned, every second plate is staggered by 180°, making a flow gap at any given time. All the plates have glued gaskets which completely seal the various flow gaps from the outside and separate the media involved in heat exchange. The plate package is mounted in a rack and is pressed between fixed plate and pressure plate with the help of clamping bolts.

These exchangers work on three flow with connections on the fixed plate and on the pressure plate. Our exchangers consist of a package with embossed plates with their respective passage openings. In this, every second plate is staggered by 180°, making a flow gap at any given time. The plates have glued gaskets which completely seal the various flow gaps from the outside and separate the media involved in heat exchange. Its plate package is mounted in a rack and is pressed between fixed plate and pressure plate with the help of clamping bolts.
