Our manufactured Castable Refractories are available under the brand name of “Fire Castle- Normal and Super, A, K.C”. These refractories are manufactured from iron & steel and used for various purposes in Chemical Industry, Glass Industry, PetroChemical Industry, Fertilizer Industry, Steel Industry, Cement Foundries and Rolling Mills. Also, they are widely used in kilns, chimney nozzles and blast furnaces ladles & boilers.

Industrial Foundry Minerals consists primarily of clean, uniformly sized, high-quality silica sand or lake sand that is bonded to form molds for ferrous (iron and steel) and nonferrous (copper, aluminum, brass) metal castings.

Our range of Laboratory Furnace is designed with double walled construction, and a stainless steel inside surface. The outside surface is of mild steel, and painted in a variety of attractive colors. These furnaces are used to melt precious metals, in small batches, and their handling is safer due to the taller crucibles than those that are manufactured in standard chamber furnaces. Another usage of these furnaces is heat treatment of heavy components made up of ferrous metals that cannot be loaded or unloaded into a standard chamber furnace carefully, which includes processes such as annealing, hardening, tempering, stress relieving, of many heavy components. Further, these furnaces are also well known for a special coating that has long lasting effects of fire resistance.

The Refractory Material offered by us has multiple uses, such as reducing the amount of heat by igniting fuel cells in closed areas, and controlling pressure and temperature.
