The oven is made out of double jacketed and fitted on the angle iron frame tomake it self supported. The in side and out side of the oven made out ofImported – Japan, M.S Sheets of thickness of 16 SWG. The entire unit is fullyinsulated with resin bonded mineral wool. The inside of the oven has beenduly painted by heat resistant aluminum paint to give metal finish. The outerchamber of the oven will be painted / powder coated with Broken White &Ferrossa Blue as per Industrial Std. to give extreme Aesthetics.

HEATING ELEMENT (ELECTRICAL) :‐The heating media for this specializedindustrial/ lab. ovens will be high qualitytubular / strip type heating elements. TheKANTHAL® ‐high quality heating elementsare suitable for continuous operation at hightemperature are provided both sides of theoven. Each heating element is an independent unit which can easily andindividually be replaced in the event of damage/failure.
