Specifications:

Structure	M.S. Pressed / Rolled section frame construction work. Light in weight but ruggedly built. Fork carriage operates in maintenance free roller guides. Fork carriage is equipped with fixed pallet forks.
Hydraulic Power Pack	Compact system consists of Electric motor (Crompton/Bharat Bijlee), gear pump (Dowty), Hand valve (Polyhydron), Pressure control valve, Suction strainer, Breather filler, Oil level indicator and Oil tank with sight glass. The power pack is controlled by hand valve. The motor is 3 phase 2 HP 440 / 415 V A C 50 Hz.
Hydraulic Cylinder	One No. thick walled hydraulic cylinder tube with ground and hard chrome plated piston rod.
Seals	Polyurethane with back ring.
Control	Hand Valve operated from floor level to lift and lower the working platform.
Electrical	All components provided in D.O.L. Motor starter ( L & T / BCH make only ) like push button, contactors relay & limit switch (Essen), etc. with 10mtrs , flexible cable.
Wheels	Front M.S.Rollers-80 mm with two sealed ball bearing & Steering Polymer wheel-200 mm x 50 mm thickness with two sealed ball bearings in each wheel.

Equipped with premium quality seals and wipers that are the best in India, these pallet trucks are appropriate for carrying beams with width upto 3800 mm, beam flange diameter from 800 mm to 1250 mm.

We offer our clients a vast assortment of Hydraulic Hand Pallet Truck that has high load bearing capacity and is provided with Polyurethane / UHMW-PE tandem rollers for quieter and smoother rolling over rough surfaces. It is also equipped with a one-piece "C" section forks for greater strength and a sully strengthened chassis along inside of forks.

The pallet truck also has bushed metal to metal parts that do not require any greasing and it also has a control lever with three-positions of up, neutral and down.

Our clients can avail from us a gamut of Pallet Truck that when raised, locks itself to the floor with the help of extended outriggers that is complemented with a long wheel base that helps in stabilizing the truck. To enable easy movement, the trucked equipped with 200 mm diameter, UHMW-PE steer wheels and UHMW-PE load rollers. Equipped with the highest quality of steel and wipers, it also has heavy duty ball bearings for lower maintenance.
