Plasma Transferred Arc System (PTA) is a high energy, inert gas welding process. Ar is basically used for arc plasma supply, powder transport and molten material shielding. It produces a very high quality deposit offering optimal protection with minimal dilution or deformation of the base material. It is a process that deposits very precise coatings of perfectly controlled alloys on mechanical parts that are subject to intense wear, significantly extending their service life.PTA technology is particularly effective in protection against corrosion, thermal shock and abrasion.

Linear Welding Systems
The linear welding process is suitable to weld 0.1mm and above stainless steel sheets into thin wall tubes and pipes of up to 500mm length. Typically, the linear welding system consists of a hydraulic cylinder and power pack for torch motion, pneumatic cylinder, or spring loaded clamps to hold the job with suitable holder. This welding process is used to weld any cylindrical jobs, strips, sheets, where a precise linear fusion weld is required.

Head Stock & Tail Stock Manipulators generally handles the rotation of long work pieces around a horizontal center line. Headstock and Tailstock manipulator models are specially designed to clamp and rotate
empty hulls. It is very useful for carrying out welding, cutting or drilling operations on the hull in any convenient position. Headstock and Tailstock manipulator combined have unlimited capacity and the rotating speed can be varied form 0.06 rpm to 0.6 rpm.

Weld Overlay Cladding Systems
Cladding is often used to improve the erosion and corrosion of resistance of surfaces, whereby weld overlays of metals with very different properties from substrate extend the serviceable life of metals.
