QualityQuality Control
We conduct quality control tests from the start of the production process till the final dispatch and the following tests are been performed: Spectrometer and Physical Testing.
We have in house and accredited material testing laboratory for spectro-analysis & other physical testing. We have well equipped Physical Testing Laboratory where the following Equipments are available:
Sub Zero Temperature Testing Facility.
Hardness Testing Machine.
Metallurgical Microscope.
Chemical Analysis
Chemical analysis and mechanical properties inspections are carried out by non-destructive tests which includes Liquid-penetrant Test, Magnetic Particle Inspection and D.P.Testing.
Dimensional Inspection
Dimensional inspection of castings right from pattern stage through first sample to final stage inspection before dispatch is carried out. Castings and patterns are measured by various dimensional measuring instruments including Surface Plate.
InfrastructureCompany''s in plant manufacturing activity comprises of well equipped Steel Melting Foundry and Machine Shop with suitable infrastructure to manufacture and test its products. We have a total of 15000 Sq feet Factory Area for manufacturing the above products and for the Steel Melting Foundry. We are flexible to manufacture any given size in the shortest lead time and provide end-to end cost effective solutions. The present manufacture range varies from diameter 150mm to diameter 650mm in Square and Round flange with varied material of construction. We also carry ample Inventories for our standard products.
