We have in house & accredited material testing laboratory for conducting spectro-analysis & other physical testing. At our well equipped Physical Testing Laboratory, following testing equipment are available:

• Hardness Testing Machine

• Metallurgical Microscope

 

Chemical Analysis:

 

Chemical analysis & mechanical properties inspections are carried out by non-destructive tests, which include:

 

• Liquid-penetrant Test

• Magnetic Particle Inspection

• D.P. Testing

 

Dimensional Inspection:

 

We also conduct dimensional inspection of castings right from pattern stage through first sample to final stage inspection before dispatch. Castings & patterns are measured by various dimensional measuring instruments including Surface Plate.

 

The above mentioned tests and quality norms also allow us to ensure that the end products being offered meet the specific process needs arising at customer’s end.

 

Spread over an area of 15,000 sq. ft. urther, our in house design unit with CAD/CAM facilities also allows us to deliver customized product solutions and packaging as demanded by the customers. Our in plant manufacturing activity comprises of well equipped Steel Melting Foundry & Machine Shop. This allows us to achieve flexible manufacturing of any given size in the shortest lead time, thus proving a valuable source of end-to end cost effective solutions.

• One Shell Core Shooter Machine for making shell moulds

 

The moulding process followed is diversified and depends on the end designs, complexity, weight & accuracy required in the castings. Therefore, we have with us sand compactors for hand moulding, employing green, CO2, no bake & oil sand as well as shell moulding systems that enable us in meeting a broad range of equipment, spares and casting needs as demanded by the customers.

 

Core Shop:

Our core shop facilities comprise of:

 

• One BMM 150 kg batch capacity Core Sand Mixer

• One Electrical Core Oven for baking of Oil Sand Cores

• One 20 kW Trolley electric Core Oven with automatic temperature control

• One Shell Core Shooter Machine for making shell cores
