R&D Activities :

We have a well-equipped manufacturing unit, which helps us in the manufacturing of technically upgraded range of engines and pump sets. Our manufacturing unit is divided into different divisions to ensure a streamlined & well-integrated production. We have different manufacturing processes, which includes:

Felting and Grinding :

Our company does the grinding and surface finishing with the help of flexible shaft grinders and suitable emery/ wire wheels. Casting sealer is applied on inside surfaces of all components.

Cleaning :

We follow the best cleaning processes as all components are cleaned with high pressure kerosene jet in specially designed cleaning booth before assembly. Later these cleaned components are dried with compressed air.

Sub Assembly :

We maintained the sub assemblies, which are made with respective mating parts debarring and smoothening the surface. Proper clearances are maintained for easy working. The sub assemblies are made on special fixture / jigs as per the techniques laid down by our experts/ engineers who got long experience in this line. The supervision is done by technically qualified personnels.

Final Assembly:

Our range of engines are built with very special techniques and theory for maintaing suitable clearances/freeness/ norm resulting in correct valve, fuel timing. Every engine is being checked by the supervisors before it goes for testing and record of such a data is entered in the History Card of the engine.

Our journey in the way of manufacturing engines was started in the year 1969. Started from the manufacturing of horizontal type slow speed diesel engines, we established our company at Kolhapur, Maharasthra.

Later, in the year 1971, we started manufacturing “petter type” high-speed engine. Gradually, in the year 1996, our company developed a small lightweight series of engines with new and updated technologies. With time we grew in terms of assets & clients and at presently, we hold mastery in the manufacturing of various engines & pump sets having the range of 3.5 HP to 24 HP, which is suitable for various industries.

Adding credit to our company, we have supplied 1000 Nos. of engines in a single consignment within a period of 2 months to Egypt in the year 1987.

Further, our range of products are also marketed to Egypt, South East Asia and other countries. Apart from this, we also market our product to government institutions, agencies and other renowned companies such as Kirolskar and others.
