These are available in modular designs and made out of pre-fabricated tank and panels that have long working life. Our range is offered in both double skin types as well as in single skin types.

 

Double Skin
The framework of Double Skin Cooling System comprises extruded aluminum profiles and 3D corner joints. The panels are polyurethane Foam injected with desired density and thickness resulting in high rigidity and sound reduction characteristics.

Technical specifications:

• DIDW centrifugal fans both forward & backward curved
• The humidification - section consists of fiberglass reinforced plastic/stainless steel water tank, with a fiberglass reinforced plastic distributor with medium class internal GSS/PVC piping
• The cellulose - based media which attains 90% saturation efficiency
• Flat filters vertically installed for top/side removal designed for 50 mm thick painted pleated IIDPE or wire-mesh metallic filters
  

 

Single Skin
Our offered range of Single Skin Cooling System has very high saturation efficiencies than that of conventional system. These are compact pre-fabricated design to take less space, consuming only 40 % of conventional systems.

Technical specifications:

• No masonry work required and can be located inside or outside a building
• Power consumption negligible as compared to spray machine due to low pump power and low pressure drop
• Maintenance negligible and as no nozzles are involved and hence trouble free service
• Noise level only 80 db near machines as there are no high pressure nozzles
  Quick installation as machine is factory fabricated and tested and has flexibility
• Custom-built machines are available in stainless and FRP casings

These are well-equipped with effective fusible link and motorized operation, which ensure automatically air cut-off in the system. Our range is available with Gl construction in both spring and non-spring type with fire rating of 90 minutes. Manufactured using non rusting hardware, these are offered with wall and duet mounted options.
