Moreover, rare earth magnets of 12,000 gauge are used in the plants, which further ascertains that the product is completely free of iron particles. Gajanan Metaliks and Shree Mahaveer Minerals have "Triple Screening System", which minimises the presence of fines in the material produced.
Its product GAJSIL SUPER 165 (super silica ramming mass) is unbeatable in its quality and features, making it a highly desirable as a lining in not only concast furnaces, but also induction furnaces.
Gajanan Group places great emphasis on environment friendly processes, using non- polluting machines; Pulse Jet Bag System. All the five industries has three such systems, in the Mixing, Grinding and Crushing sections. Going a step further, Gajanan Group has introduced Rain Water Harvesting, a sprinkling system and a thick cover of plantation in all its industries.
