Ferrous materials like cast iron, MS , carbon steel, Nonferrous materials like Phosphorus Bronze,Aluminum,Gun metal, Nylon etc are used for manufacturing Gears. we conduct Various Physical and Chemical test for the confirmation of the quality of the raw material. We also conduct ultrasonic and destructive test as required. We also have stage Inspection while manufacturing and Final Inspection is carried out before dispatch of the consignment.
