In addition to the above mentioned product range we also offer ball clay lumps/powder, all grades in mica (sheets, flakes, dry and wet ground mica, splitting, blocks, washers etc.), gypsum powder, chrome ore, silica granules and powder, multi-colour sand, barium sulphate, magnesium trisilicate, manganese dioxide and manganese oxide, fused silica & feldspar etc.

Our specialty micron fillers are used for thermoplastic polymers like pp, pvc (rigid and flexible), ldpe, hdpe, abs, nylon, polyolefins, flouroplastics etc and thermosets resins like pu, epoxy, polyester smc/dmc etc., rubber, paper and paints industries.

Mineral fillers are used in more than 20 resin types; however 90.0% fillers are consumed in only four resins; polypropylene (pp); polyamides (incl. nylons); thermoplastic polyesters (pet & pbt); and polyvinyl chloride (pvc) resins. Mineral fillers are of three types:

• Low cost inert fillers
• Extenders
• For reinforcements

We have Fillers available in flake form, such as talc & mica for better heat dispersion than other Fillers such as calcium carbonate. It offers Plastics Rigidity but reduces their Impact strength. To improve the bonding between Mineral Filler & the Polymer Surface Treatment is applied which also improves the dispersibility. Commonly used chemicals for this purpose includes Stearates, Silanes, zircoaluminates and Titanates. Particle size of the Filler also improves the Properties of Plastic.
